It should be UI independent and codecs independent fix.
Multi-enum setting needs a new "required" parameter - similar to the one we
use for String settings that needs to be properly implemented by whatever
UI we use from.

If someone wants to spent time on this: please consider investing that time
into real drag and drop, reorder UI than in fixing Tapestry component
(which probably won't look the way we want it no matter how much time we
spend on it).
