Hi All, This is regarding setting up 'Log level for ACD' on distributed machine. On Branch build installed the HA system with ACD being located on distributed machine. While configuring ACD Server on distributed machine, there was an drop down to select the 'ACD Log level' which was by default set to 'NOTICE'. But in Main build ACD Log level drop down is removed and because of this the sipxacd logs are not generated. We have to edit the sipxacd.xml file and change it to '<log-level>DEBUG</log-level> ' in order to get the ACD logs on distributed machine.
Please let me know whether this change is intensionally made or bug should be raised for this.
