Yes, use a plain CentOS 5.2 ISO. (Not a sipXecs ISO. Never tried it myself, but others have told me it doesn't work.) Basically the only EDE item that you'll ignore because of CentOS is the Fedora ISO pre-requisite. You won't actually need a fixed IP address, since you aren't going to run sipXecs on this machine. You will only build, and then test on a separate machine installed from ISO. Steps 1. e & f mention Fedora 10, but aren't necessary when you aren't going to run sipXecs on the machine. It just occurred to me that your Step #4 script will go smoother if you include the "-i" option, again because you aren't going to run sipXecs on this machine. Your Step #4 should be this: ./ede_build_devuser.sh -r -i -c 4.0 Let us know how that goes. -Paul [email protected] _______________________________________________ sipx-dev mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-dev Unsubscribe: http://list.sipfoundry.org/mailman/listinfo/sipx-dev sipXecs IP PBX -- http://www.sipfoundry.org/
