sipXconfig does not control Outlook CSV (or any other aspect of Outlook for
that matter). If there is a field that is already be exported by Outlook
and mapped to something in sipXconfig user definition we can do that (just
open an improvement request).
However if a field does not seem to be populated by Outlook or if the field
is just missing from Outlook CSV we really cannot do anything. Maybe
Microsoft can.
