SIPX_BUILD is a Java classpath variable long since used in Eclipse for
pointing to the sipXconfig build directory (see
http://sipx-wiki.calivia.com/index.php/SipX_ConfigServer_Eclipse). I
recently created a new SIPX_BUILD_TOP which points to the top level
build directory, and I believe they intend to migrate to use that
eventually, but all users of sipXbridge, sipXrelay, etc need to create a
new SIPX_BUILD_TOP variable in their Eclipse config now. I'll be
changing the classpaths for sipXrelay, sipXbridge, etc back to use
SIPX_BUILD_TOP soon.
