Hi All,
My call park scenario is:
P1 calls P2
P2 does a blind transfer to park extn 111
P3 retrieves the parked call on P1(by dialing *4111)
In CDR Historic page call details are displayed as follows :
P1--->P2 Transferred
P1--->Park extn Transferred
P3--->*4111 Completed
P3--->P1 Completed
Whereas in Directed call pick up scenario :
P1 Calls P2
P3 picks up the call by dialing call pick up retrieve code *78<P2>
In this scenario CDR Historic page call details are displayed as follows :
P1 ---> P2 Failed
P3---->*78<P2> Completed
Observation : In the second scenario (directed call pick up) P3--->P1
Completed call has not been displayed.
Is it an expected behavior or shall I raise a JIRA issue for this?
