Yes this is the behavior as the calculation of the total times per user
is based on actual minutes and not fractions of minutes. The duration
of a call must be at least 1 minute for it to be counted in the total
minutes otherwise a value of zero is inserted.
It might be better/more accurate if we include fractions of minutes.
I'll look into what would be involved to do so.
