If one manages multiple systems, it would be nice if the page header of
a sipXconfig admin page always had an identifier of which system you're
looking at in it. Yes, it's in the address bar of the browser, but:
* that's the host name and we want people to thing of things in
terms of the domain
* the sipXconfig URLs are long and un-pretty
* there's plenty of blank screen space in the middle of the banner
