Hi All ,
Now this report contains following categories
* Failed Calls
* Abandoned Calls
* Incoming Calls
* Internal Calls
* Outgoing Calls
* Tandem Calls
Failed Calls group contains failed calls from all the categories
(incoming , internal , outgoing & tandem) , same behavior is seen with
the abandoned calls also. In short failed and abandoned calls are listed
irrespective of their category (incoming , outgoing ... etc)
Now consider directed call pickup scenario - P1 calls P2 & P3 does a
directed call pickup.
In this case - in call direction page call details are listed as below
P1 to P2 ---- Abandoned ----- listed under "Abandoned Calls"
P3 to *78(P2) ---- Completed ----- listed under "Internal Calls"
It is difficult to classify calls in Abandoned category (as all
abandoned calls are grouped under same place).
I think it will be nice and helpful if each main category (incoming ,
internal , outgoing & tandem) has "failed" & "abandoned" calls as its
sub categories.
Could an improvement issue be raised for the same ? Please advise .
