However, the posted pcap trace only shows media from one call leg and not the other. Note that this is an intermittent issue and I have not been able to make it happen here. Our test group has been able to reproduce it intermittently. This leads me to believe it has something to do with network delays. Looking at merged.xml the only reason I could think of is re-INVITE OK on frame 161 arrived at :05:10.741000Z whereas the ACK corresponding to this was sent at. :05:10.816000Z and the delay is too much for the ITSP. Is this within tolerance for a RE-INVITE ( I think it is) ? If it is, I would like to file a bug report with the ITSP. I can re-arrange the code to send ACK earlier but I'd like your expert opinion.
