There is extensive documentation of the "special user names", like "~~id~sipXrls", in the file sipXregistry/doc/service-tokens.txt. The problems with this are: (1) the contents of the file are not obvious from the file's name, and (2) it is in sipXregistry/doc, whereas it really is system-wide information.
To improve these, we are proposing to move this file to the top-level "meta" directory, as "meta/system-sip-identities". Comments?
