In some cases superadmin mailstore is only accessible to root. It's a voicemail bug: all mailboxes need to be accessible to sipXconfig (owned by sipxchange user). I thought it has been fixed at some point: certainly it should not be a problem with a new sipXivr (which does not run as root). What's the history of this system? Did you updgrade it from 4.0?
