A simple link to the file content would probably work well. Ideally the link would be available outside of the sipXconfig login session. Once we get to supporting TLS is messaging with endpoints, users running softclients will need to install the CA on their WinXP/Mac/Linux machine. It would be nice if the superadmin could simply right-click "Copy Link Location", then email the link to the users, with instructions to let the OS handle "execution" of the file. (Works well in WinXP and Mac, I haven't tried Linux.) Also, for some hardphones the file content needs to be pasted into an edit box in a web GUI. We should make the content available in a read only edit box (like "Certificate Signing Request" under Generate), so the admin can simply copy and paste.
