As it stands, the sipx proxy server would issue a challenge to
sipxbridge  if I did that.  It would not be difficult to answer that
challenge if sipxbridge were given credentials.

It would be good to add a token to the request URI so sipxbridge can
have a clear means of disambiguating accounts. I notice we have a fix
version of 5.0 on that issue. Its a bit out into the future. If this
is important enough perhaps Al would consider moving it up(?)
