Specifically, when the call went to the IVR system (based on Freeswitch)
to be recorded as voicemail, the IVR system responded with 503.  I don't
know why it would do that, but we need to look at Freeswitch's log
(/var/log/sipxpbx/freeswitch.log) to see what is going wrong.
