Currently, the title of sipviewer's window is always "sipviewer". This
is great unless you're running two or more copies of sipviewer, in which
case, there's no good way to tell one from the other. It would help if
the title included the name of the file being displayed, e.g.,
"sipviewer 209-rls.xml".

There is some ambiguity regarding how the file name should be displayed
for maximum usefulness. If sipviewer was started from the command line,
the file name as provided in $1 is probably the best, as it's likely to
be how the user thinks of it. If the file was selected using the
sipviewer menu item, the full filename is probably not easy to read
(since it will always start with "/home/..."). Maybe just the final
component should be used.
