Hi All,
After changing the proxy port number from the config UI and made a local call,Phone sends INVITE request is to proxy server port 6060 and this proxy server indeed forward the request to another proxy server with port 5060 and hence calls could not be placed.Attaching the merge logs (failed.xml).

I have manually edited the zone file under /var/named/rwheadoffice.qantom.in.zone and changed the port number to 6060 and rebooted the server. After that send profiles to the phones and the phones got registered properly and I could make calls with out any issues.
Attaching the merged logs success.xml

Could you please advice me whether the change of proxy port in the config UI should also reflected for the SRV records in the zones files as well.
If yes,shell I raise a Jira for the same.

Thanks,
Basling.

Hi Scott,
By default when DNS is selected on board it is set to master.
DNS_MODE="Master".

Thanks,
Basling.

Hi All,
I have made port changes for the proxy from 5060 to 6060 at SYSTEM-->SERVERS-->SERVERNAME-->SERVICES-->SIPXPROXY The changes are reflected at forwardingrules.xml,nattraversalrules.xml,sipXproxy-config,registrar-config,but the port changes are not reflected at DNS zone file /var/named/rwheadoffice.qantom.in.zone(DNS is Enabled on Board).When logged in to the config UI and ran DNS Advisory the port changes where correctly changed to 6060. Could you please advice me whether the change of proxy port in the config UI should also reflected for the SRV records in the zones files as well.

In /etc/named.conf, what is the value on the line:

// DNS_MODE=
