I've recently been looking at an issue on a development system where the
ODBC Postgresql driver that we're using (from unixODBC) caused a seg
fault when trying to log an error.

In my investigation, I found out that this driver is extremely old,
unmaintained, buggy and unsupported. It looks like the recommended
driver to be using for ODBC access to Postgres is in the postgresql-odbc
rpm.

I know that its kind of late in this release but I'd like to have this
(postgresql-odbc) rpm included and then switch over to using the driver
from it since its supposed to be more stable and is supposed to be
supported. There is no guarantee that it will resolve the seg fault
seen (because I can't reproduce it) but based on my testing so far, this
driver does appear to work.

If there are no objections, I'd like to proceed with at least including
the rpm in our builds and then switch CDR over to using it.
