Hi,
With the workaround suggested in the following thread, (by adding the
verisignclass3ca.crt into trust store), it was possible to get the
google account contacts onto sipx end user phone book. Now,
Does the end user (admin) have to follow the procedure of uploading
verisignclass3ca.crt into truststore to get the google contacts or would
the sipx itself contain the required certificates by default.?
Thanks,
Anand

It imported fine, and I was able to load my Gmail
contacts.
But, none of the email addresses were loaded. Do
you observe that?
It worked fine for me. I checked phonebook_file_entry
table and the
gmail addresses were there

Ah, sorry - I think you are talking about
address_book_entry table.
The email addresses should be there.
I checked and you are right: phonebook_file_entry populates
correctly,
but the corresponding email addresses are not
saved in address_book_entry table

Actually PhonebookGmailEntryHelper class does not handle e-mail addresses - was
inspired from GmailPhonebookCsvHeader one which is not treating e-mails as
well. So I think both of them should be improved.
