Hi All,
The MOH parameter for Polycom phones is available at two places in
the config UI : ( Build :4.1.0-017610 )
1) Phones--->Polycom Phone--->Lines--->Registration tab, contains
"musicOnHold.uri" option (added this as per issue XX-7012
<http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-7012>)
2) Phones--->Polycom Phone--->SIP, contains ""musicOnHold.uri" option.
Now, that the MOH for a phone should work as per user's MOH settings
ie; option1 mentioned above, is it necessary for a Polycom phone to
have MOH parameter under 'Polycom phones--->SIP' tab ? Can I raise an
issue to "/remove moh parameter from SIP tab for Polycom phone since
moh URI setting is user specific/"?
NOTE : As per XX-7163 <http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-7163>,
the MOH parameter for Nortel 12xx phone is available ONLY under
Phones--->Nortel 12xx phone--->Lines--->Registration tab as "MOH
Server URI" . The MOH parameter is removed from Phones--->Nortel 12xx
phone--->Phone Settings tab
Could you please let me know on this.?
