Hi Venu, I think you're right. We're always supplying a per-Line MOH URI (1), so the per-Phone MOH URI (2) never takes effect. Please raise a JIRA. Thanks.

Now, that the MOH for a phone should work as per user's MOH settings ie; option1 mentioned above, is it necessary for a Polycom phone to have MOH parameter under 'Polycom phones--->SIP' tab ? Can I raise an issue to "remove moh parameter from SIP tab for Polycom phone since moh URI setting is user specific"? NOTE : As per XX-7163 <http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-7163> , the MOH parameter for Nortel 12xx phone is available ONLY under Phones--->Nortel 12xx phone--->Lines--->Registration tab as "MOH Server URI" .
