If I have checked more than one "Required Permissions" for a dial rule, then I would expect the call to be rejected if a user doesn't have all the permissions I checked. I have found, instead, that the call is approved as long as the user has any one of the permissions I checked. Is this intended behaviour? (Note that the call is rejected with "403 Requires LocalDialing|LongDistanceDialing" when I turn off all permissions for the user; I originally expected the call to be rejected with "403 Requires LocalDialing&LongDistanceDialing" unless the user had both).
