I'm attempting to compile from source as I needed to slightly tweak the
dynamic VXML that is generated by mediaservercgi.bin for voicemail playing
message options.

Is there anyway to easily compile just this the mediaservercgi.bin
executable?

Also I set up a separate test virtual machine so I could do a full separate
compile from source with the modified source code changes. Following the
instructions on the Wiki I've run into a few issues:

1: Autoreconf fails:

[r...@ngtakltest01 sipx]# autoreconf -if
configure.ac:19: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_PROG_LIBTOOL
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_allow.
      See the Autoconf documentation.
configure.ac:21: error: possibly undefined macro: AC_LTDL_SHLIBEXT
autoreconf: /usr/bin/autoconf failed with exit status: 1

I can work around this by just running autoconf -i

2: Configure fails:

[r...@ngtakltest01 BUILD]# ../configure --cache-file=`pwd`/ac-cache-
file SIPXPBXUSER="root"
configure: loading cache /root/sipx/BUILD/ac-cache-file
configure: error: cannot find install-sh or install.sh in config ../config

Any ideas?
