Hi,

I am working on the issue as the subject says right now.

>From openfire plug in perspective, I found there is an easier way to
add the "MyAssistant(sipXimbot)" into every XMPP user 's roster
regardless if it belongs to a group.
The way how it works is that openfire plug in could create a special
group (let's call it "Personal Assistant") with only one member,
MyAssistant inside and the special group is set to be a "shared by
everyone" group . Doing so makes it (the group and its only member,
MyAssistant) show up in everyone's roster by default.

Now I am thinking the existing functionality that the sipX admin could
enable/disable MyAssistant in SipXconfig per group is NOT necessary
anymore because each user can get the MyAssisant by default by sharing
the special group. Why bother to have it in every group ?

Notes that I have done the group creation part and it shows up with
MyAssistant as expected in everyone's roster as expected. But there
is an issue I just found yesterday that the MyAssistant is not
responding to the message somehow), but I think this problem should not
be the factor preventing us from discussing the dilemma above. Peter and
I can investigate it more if this is the right way to proceed.

Comments?

Thanks
Jason
