It was recently decided to switch the ODBC driver used by CDR from an
old unsupported driver (libodbcpsqlS.so) to a more modern stable and
supported driver (psqlodbc.so). All required changes have been made in
the ISO image and in the Express Development Environment (EDE) scripts
to include the new rpm (postgresql-odbc) that houses the driver.

I have submitted (revision 17721) the last change required to start
using this driver.

In order to continue to use CDR and have it operate properly, your
development environment needs to be updated to include the
postgresql-odbc rpm. This can easily be done by just doing a yum
install on this package (i.e. yum install postgresql-odbc).

Please let me know whether this new driver causes problems with CDR.
All tests so far show it operates correctly and is more stable.

Thanks
Raymond
