Tried this with Counterpath and Polycom phones .  while listening to
voicemail prompts, I select option to list to saved messages, Voicemail
hangs up.

 

When I open the User Portal, the saved messages are there, and I can
play the wave files.  System set to use Internal Voice Mail system.

 

I've moved the pairs of files for each message to a backup folder one
message at a time, testing each time.  None of them seemed to resolve
the issue.

 

Running 4.1.0-017577.  Suspecting this is a bug, but would like to
inquire about other troubleshooting steps to isolate the exact issue and
prove if it's a bug or not. 

 

There were 4 voicemails in the saved directory.  If I left a particular
one in it worked fine, but any other caused the same results.    The
only thing unique that I noticed about this file was that it was from an
external address to my domain, while the others were all from my doman.
