Hi All, If I enable MyAssistant from user level, IM Notification page of that user will be as below:  Here Voicemail start IM and Voicemail End IM will be disabled by default. But the help command in MyAssistant states that.. MyAssistant: To listen to a caller leaving voicemail, enter listen To retrieve a caller from voicemail, enter pickup If I don't enable VoiceMail Start IM and VoiceMail end IM, 'listen' and 'pickup' commands are of no use. So according to me by default those 2 checkboxes should be enabled. If any user he does not want, he can disable it manually. Any opinion? Thanks, Archana |
