I'm confused. Where is this name showing up.. In your pigdin client??

The "leaving a voice message" IM is ONLY sent when the caller starts a
leave message dialog ..ie
We send it just when the user's greeting starts playback. So the IM is
not sent when a caller hits
The user's Personal AA.
