It looks that this is not doable with what we currently have in place (or at 
least I didn't find a way for it). 
Implementing this as a REST service could be an option - I am thinking to open 
a new feature request and to create a general REST service for file downloads 
(so one could easily extend it by setting the path to the desired file). What 
do you think?

I've done this by checking the certificate's issuer name - I'll post a patch 
for XX-7320 shortly
