[sipX-dev] Conference-Removal of 'Enabled' check box

Hi,

    Precondition : Enabled Conferencing server role.
   
Test:
  •   Created a conference called "Conf" with an extension "1111".
  •   Navigated to Features->Conferencing->Click on the URL link->Configuration.
  •   In the configuration page, DO NOT Enable checkbox for conference server
  •  Dial the conference extension 1111.
On dialing the conference extension, the call should not be connected to the conference since "Conference server" is disabled.
But,according to the issue XX-4911,Conference service can be disabled by disabling Conference server role in the servers page(Config UI->System->Servers->Click on the URL->configure).

IMO, the Enabled check box in the configuration page does not serve its purpose and has no importance.
Henceforth removing this checkbox will help users to not put in confusion regarding Enabling/Disabling the Conference Server.

Please advice if I am missing anything here or I can raise an issue to remove the "Enable" check box  available in the configuration of Conference Server's page.
