Navigate to User-->Instant messaging page
There are 2 checkboxes:
Phone presence in IM status and Call info in IM status
__When Phone presence in IM status : Disabled and
Call info in IM status : Enabled
Then Call info IM status is NOT displayed on the IM buddy list when the
IM User is busy with the call
Summary is Call info IM status works only when phone presence in IM
status is ENABLED.
Hence a note should be added under Call info IM status that 'Call info
IM status' to work 'Phone presence in IM status' should be enabled
or the settings should be made such that
when Call info in IM status is enabled Phone presence in IM status
should be enabled automatically.
Shall I raise an improvement issue for the same?
