Hi All , This is the query regarding CDR - in case of direct call pickup. Now call details for direct call pickup are displayed as follows ,  Scenario : "8026655216" is a PSTN phone dialing extension "375" , user "170" does a direct call pickup by dialing "*78375". Here "Completed" call shows details as From "170" & Recipient as "Unknown01" (indication of PSTN number "8026655216" --- issue XX-6413). I agree that this indication is correct with respect to user "170" who is dialing "*78375" to pickup the call , but on the whole call initiator is PSTN phone (8026655216) and the Recipient is "170" . So IMHO if we consider on the whole this indication is wrongly displayed in CDR and it conflicts. Please let me know whether this is expected behavior or an improvement issue can be raised for the same ? Thank you , Naveen |
