Hi,
Currently SCS allows to enable Autoattendant dial rule with no
attendant being selected, which defeats the actual purpose of having
enabled autoattendant dial rule.When user dials AA extension, the call
will go through but no prompt will be played(since none of the
attendants is selected in the AA dial rule page) and the call ends up
automatically after few seconds. IMO, admin should not have an option to
enable AA dial rule by ignoring the selection of attendant.
Please let me know if I can raise an improvement.
