Hi All, Steps followed : 1.Create a user, login to the end user portal and add a personal contact to the phonebook with the following details : First name : Bob Phone : 33443344 Last Name : Andrews and save the contact. 2.Click on the newly added contact seen under Entries, contact details widget comes up with contact details, an avatar and call button. 3.Click on the call button, Click To Call panel pops-up with drop-down menu set to Phone and the edit box on the left set to work phone number. 4.Click on the drop-down menu, drop down displays other alternative phone options such as Cell, Home phone and Assistant phone though they are not assigned. Only phone number which is mandatory is assigned but along with this, other phone options are also shown in the drop down menu and when other alternative phone number, for instance, Cell is selected, the edit boxes will be BLANK as expected which can be seen below : ![]() Now, update the contact with Cell number, save it. Then again, DELETE the assigned cell phone number and save the changes. Click on the call button present below avatar and check the drop-down menu in the Click To Call panel. Cell phone option is NOT present, only Phone, Home phone and Assistant phones are present in the menu now. ![]() Observation : When contacts are added from admin portal, this does not happen, if the contact has only work phone and cell phone numbers , only these two phone numbers are displayed in the drop down menu of Click To Call panel as expected.
