If you mean the SPA3102 then it definitely has not been fixed; the latest (but 
ancient) firmware on that thing still happily negotiates 127 then ignores it 
and uses 101. This was one of the (many) nails in the coffin that made me give 
up on the Cisco boxes late last year and switch to Patton.

Maybe voip.ms is using these in their pop's :)
