Setup:
----------
Here I have,
User1 and User2 with all the contact info details entered.(entered in
the Contact information page)
Added Avatar to each User's from the Contact-info page of config ui.
User2 is added as a public contact by the Admin to User1.
Scenario-1
-------------
Now,
I have made these two as buddies to each other on their respective IM
clients(Pidgin client)
Here User1's Avatar should be shown on the buddy's list of User2's
Pidgin Client and vice versa.
*Result*:-
The Avatar is /not getting/ reflected on one's buddy list.
Current behavior:
-No Avatar is displayed on the the buddy's list of User2's
Pidgin Client for User1 and vice versa.
Followed the work around mentioned in the issue XX-7028 .ie "/click
get info button once/" on User1,still /it failed /to show up the Avatar.
Scenario-2
--------------
1.If I do some changes for the User2's profile(In the contact info
page ) from the sipX configui and save the changes,
should the changes made be populate on a User1's client's directory
indicating the changes on the Client's TUI or End user portal of the
sipX config UI?
Current result for this scenario:
-I am not seeing any "/_Populated Information_"/
for the changes made to the User2's contact info by the Admin either
on the User1's Pidgin Client TUI nor on the User1's End user
portal>>Phonebook of sipX config UI.
Please let me know If I have missed anything in understanding the
Improvement issue XX-6822.Kindly correct me If I have misunderstood
the concept.
