User contact information is stored in the system, and is available through "Get Info" on IM clients. But a user can't edit this information through the User Portal (My Information). I should be able to change my own home address, etc.
Also, clicking on the Gravatar image on the Contact Information (Extended Information) page or My Information page takes the browser session right out of sipXconfig. It should open this page in a new tab... Carolyn
