Hi, The last comment http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-6743 is suggesting to set the admin state to DOWN when click activate button (Call center page)
HOWEVER still having some doubts that this "is the way" because: 1. sipxconfig does NOT send any explicit restart command (nor at activate or changing the log level). 2. There is code that in ACD that explicitly restart the ACD server if the adminstate is Active (ACDServer.cpp line 934). The ACD server is restarting because sipxonfig set the Admin state to ACTIVE when it has finished sending all the config changes. If sipxconfig sets the admin state to DOWN I am afraid that this will put the acd server into a non operational state. Is this a valid concern? What should sipxconfig do in this case to avoid ACD restart?
