Hi All, Navigate to Features--->Intercom.Click on Show Advanced settings. A parameter called Alert info is seen with default value set to some string.The Help text for this says "Internal configuration value used by Polycom phones to determine if the call is to be answered automatically." But Alert info parameter is updated even for Nortel 12xx phones under /var/sipxdata/configserver/phone/profile/tftproot/Nortel/config,when Nortel phones are added to intercom phone group and also can be seen under 302 Moved temporarily messages in logs. My query is whether Alert info parameter is applicable for even Nortel phones? If yes,then why is that not mentioned in the help text?
