Sorry if this has been discussed before, but I'm new to this list and haven't seen any relevant information via a search.
Where are the email templates stored for the messages sent to end users when they receive a voicemail in 4.1.6? I haven't seen them anywhere in the config files and browsing around the database hasn't yielded anything either. Is this information hard coded?
