Yep, you are referring to http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-7166 It's a good idea, and we have implemented basic breadcrumbs support in sipXconfig (currently being used in the Servers page). While it's fairly trivial to enable it by default on every page, it will require all the pages to have a localized title.
