[sipX-dev] Query regarding Passtoken

Hi All,

When a new user is created, a secured SIP password appears for every user.
All the details of the new user are generated in credential.xml under 
/var/sipxdata/sipdb.
Snippet attached:
 <authtype>DIGEST</authtype>
    </item>
    <item>
        <realm>sun.qantom.int</realm>
        <uri>&quot;Max Lee&quot;&lt;sip:[email protected]&gt;</uri>
        <userid>204</userid>
        <passtoken>gOuGiqpI</passtoken>
        <pintoken>ba9095d0083b59537a83228d6c4c9f55</pintoken>
        <authtype>DIGEST</authtype>
    </item>
PIN is reflected as pintoken and secured SIP password is reflected as 
passtoken in console.
We can only see that the PIN appears encrypted as pintoken.
My query is whether the passtoken should appear encrypted?
Please guide me on this.
