Also, since we wouldn't want to reinvent the wheel by parsing our own xml file
- the rules can be modelled as Spring beans (implementing an IReplicationRule
interface). This way ReplicationTrigger will only have to load these rules on
init and to call them accordingly on application or DAO events. Implementations
of IReplicationRule could be LazyReplicationRule or EagerReplicationRule ...
