This is regarding http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-3944. As per
the issue support to both - users using Exchange server and another set
of users using the Internal voicemail server is not possible as it
depends on the priority of dialplan mapping rule
i.e
* If /Exchange/ Voicemail dialplan has lower priority in the
dialplan mappingrule---> /Only Internal/ Voicemail server prompt
is played.
* If /Internal/ Voicemail dialplan has lower priority in the
dialplan mappingrule---> Only /Exchange/ Voicemail server prompt
is played.
This issue was closed then as it was out of scope for the previous releases.
Shall I open a new JIRA / re-open XX-3944, if it is possible to support
both Microsoft Exchange UM Voicemail Server and Internal Voicemail
Server for future releases.
