The 'on the fly' call forwarding rule created by the tel: URI complements the 
existing call forwarding rules instead of replacing them as you described it.

The way I see this, this feature is not really meant to be advertised because 
it is not easy to use.  This feature was thrown in just to show what kind of 
advanced features we could implement between openfire and sipXecs.  If there's 
a tracker to added , it would be one that calls for making that feature usable 
by the masses but I do not think we want to publicise it/document it in its 
current form.
