Don't think this is applicable at the moment - import from Gmail does not 
enforce such rule. But is true that the contact won't make it in TUI.
User can import all Gmail contacts (even if first or last name or phone # are 
missing), then he/she can refine these contacts from user portal. As Arjun 
previously suggested - a nice feature would be to go way back and export / 
update sipx contacts to Gmail.

Same as above, we import these even if first/last name missing. However, I 
agree that we should be consistent with what we display on phones - if we don't 
display Gmail imported contacts without first name or last name than we should 
apply this rule also for contacts imported from file. If no objections, I 
suggest to raise an issue for this.
