Hi Peter,

My comments inline

Thanks for clarifying the concept of "pick up" command.
I initiated the "pickup" command when user B was actually recording a message.

Can you add more detail on when the pickup command is entered. Is it while User B is listening to A's greeting or is
it when User B is actually recording a message.
The intent is that if the pickup command is entered while recording a message and that duration of that recording is greater than 1 second then the message will be deposited in the mailbox prior to the call transfer.
IMHO, when a User A could directly connect to User B while is actually recording/depositing a Voicemail through "pickup" command then I think it will good if at this time there would be NO voicemail deposite when the users actually connected each other through audio.

This could avoid User A to NOT to be in a confusion that "He is speaking to the person and also there is a voicemail for the same call"
eg:
(6:58:59 PM) [email protected]/work: pickup---->command executed.
(6:58:59 PM) MyAssistant: Ok---->Call is picked and the users are connected to each other (6:59:04 PM) MyAssistant: rim (630) just left a voice message.----->Both the users are still on the call but the message states that there is a voicemail

Please correct me if I am missing anything here.

Thanks,
Chitralekha.
Peter

    Hi All,

This query is regarding "pickup" command while a person is leaving
    a voicemail.

    Steps:
    ----------
    1.User A calls UserB.
2.Do not answer the call on UserA
3.The call rolls over VM to deposit VM to the UserA.
4.While the User B is depositing voicemail ,User A on his
"MyAssstant" chat window executes the command "Pickup".
Now call is gets established between User A and User B.There is
clear audio connection between User A and User B.

    *Behavior Observed*:
    -------------------------------
But after step 4 is performed,
The following message is "/User B just left a voice message/" is
displayed on the "MyAssistant" window of User A.

(3:58:24 PM) MyAssistant: User B is leaving a voice message.
    (3:58:44 PM) [email protected]/work: pickup
    (3:58:44 PM) MyAssistant: Ok
(3:58:51 PM) MyAssistant: _User B just left a voice message_.

When cross checked by logging into the User A's Inbox(login as
Enduser "UserA" in the Config UI),there was indeed a voicemail
deposit by the User B and MWI notification is also seen on the TUI
    of the User A's phone.
    *
    My query*:
    ------------
When User A and User B call gets connected to each other on
executing the command "Pickup"(while user B was depositing a VM)
and here User B is actually NOT leaving any Voicemail then,
Why is the message "/User B just left a voice message" /is
displayed and there is a Voice mail for the User A in his Inbox?

Kindly advice if this is a design intent or this a bug.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Chitralekha.
