investigating XX-7982: Duplicate IM ID can be imported through csv file - the
problem here is that the csv used for import contains white space before IM ID
so it is seen as different than the one already defined. After deleting the
white space and reimporting csv file, "The name "700" is already being used by
a user or service." message is displayed in job status page and the user is not
created.
I am thinking to rename the issue as: "remove leading and trailing whitespaces
from csv imported IM IDs" and perform trim when importing.
Any comment?
