I thought that all the config data was to be stored in the sipXconfig database, and not backed up/restored by file backup, but rather by database backup. I think the issue is that the mrtg config is not stored in the config database, and it should be. But a workaround would be to backup and restore the mrtg-t.cfg and mrtg.cfg files in /etc/sipxpbx/mrtg.
