Hi All, This was the behavior noticed when the SIP Trunking role got disabled on one of our systems: Setup: 1. Five ITSP SIP Trunks assigned to sipXbridge which were configured and assigned to dialplans Steps to reproduce: 1. Suppose the role for SIP Trunking gets disabled on the System > Servers > server name > Server roles screen Result: All the 5 SIP trunks loose the "SBC route' field and also the 'ITSP' account screen. (in other words these trunks are converted into unmanaged gateways having only 'configuration', 'caller id' and 'dialplan' screens) 2. Now enable the role for SIP trunking from System > Servers > server name > Server roles screen Result: - the sipxbridge.xml gets updated. - There is no way of re-assigning sipXbridge / external SBC as the 'SBC route' for the 5 trunks as this field is not present. - The ITSP Account screen is also not present for these SIP Trunks. In real time, the admin will have to delete all the 5 SIP trunks and re-create them as he will not be able to assign "SBC route" to these SIP trunks. Should we raise an issue for this?
